I like Jimmy Johns, but the sandwiches are too small. Jersey Mikes for me.
I think both of these successful chains are hurting Subway.

Not sure if one of those is close by.
Will try one if I remember.
Trying to stay away from as much processed as I can. Tired of the headaches that come from an increasing number of restaurants. The mom and pop places seem to be easier on me.

Jersey Mike's is by far the best national sub chain; sure it's more expensive, but I would much rather pay a little more in order to get a sandwich that I will actually enjoy eating.
The last time I ate at Subway was about five years ago and I had to cover the sandwich in mustard just to give it taste, it was that bland.
