1. Go to congress and declare War on ISIS State.
2. Re-enstate the draft.
3. Round up all enemy thinking Americans or illegals into camps.
4. Make a treaty with Assad—he stps killing his people and we will support him.
5. Have Putin come to the USA so we can form a joint Russo-American Expeditionary Force to defeat ISIS. ( we may have to give Putin half of Ukraine —but no loss)
6. Send the 101st Airborn to Baghdad to shore up defences.
7. Start to do a real air war on them—with 800 attacks each day—and if they use Gas—We use small nukes!
8. Rally the nation to crush the head choppers—get artists and singers to make songs to rally the nation.
9. Get England, Canada, and France to help—maybe Germany too.
10. Put the nation on a war footing with rationing and rebuilding vital intrastructure.
11. Get the media in line—any who do not report pro-USA stories get closed down—and leftist reporters sent to the camps.
