Chicago, Baltimore and Detroit are DEMOCRAT RUN CITIES... Every program known to man or white liberal elite has been tried in those cities and failed.
Black lives matter to democrats on election day - the res t of the time it’s a group to scam off of... ever notice how money for those ‘programs’ never makes it down to street level? The skim is in... the fix is in - and the MSM backs the lies and liars. Only problems George Stephanopoulos sees are one’s caused by Republicans... he never sees failed ‘programs’...
