Nah it is more akin to a cult and not a religion. If we define Islam as a religion then it has first ammendment protections. Defining it as a cult or political ideology removes it from the religious aspect of the first ammendment but does not remove it from a free speech aspect. Unless here it can be proven it is seditious in nature. We can do that by using the quote from CAIR’s co-founder that (paraphrasing) Islam isn’t in America to be just another religion. It is in America to be the dominant religion and the Quran the Constitution. This quote is all I need to know that Islam’s true intention is to overthrow and control America which then is seditious and should be ruled out from practicing in America. However, if we cannot get rid of Nazi-ism which is closest ally (communism/marxism would get rid of Islam because religion is the opiate of the people) than we will never really be able to get rid of the ideology and cult that is known as Islam. We can diminish it though.

As I said they killed them with the use of the blasphemy laws. A Muslim only needs to accuse the kafir.
For example if a Muslim accuses the kafir of burning the Qur'an then burn the person alive and there is no evidence that the qur'an was burned before or after the the victim was killed. This seems to be a common event now.
The Supreme Court cannot overturn a Constitutional Amendment even when it is in conflict with another. They can interpret, that’s all. So, a simple amendment not imposing anything other than it is not a religion is what is needed. Once is is not a religion, everything else falls into place.
In that case, our own first amendment has doomed us. Since "prohibiting the free exercise thereof" would interfere with Islamic practices, such as terrorizing or killing those who will not submit, so long as Islam is considered a religion we must let them do what they believe.

No amendment to the Constitution is simple in my opinion. Take the simple income tax amendment, or the 17 or the tenth, or the first, or second. We should have stopped at ten and gone no further.
Sorry, but AFAIK there isn’t a single Muslim country where this is the law. It happens, and Muslims get away with it, but it’s extralegal.
Just as in the South during Jim Crow a white man could claim a black man attacked him or insulted a white woman and he’d get away with killing him. No evidence other than his own word needed. Under the formal law it was just as illegal for a white man to kill a black man as the reverse, but in practice there was a huge difference.
