Since they had his DNA profile he probably has a rap sheet a mile long, and yet he roams the streets.

Hope he’s a candidate for the death penalty, because he certain deserves it for the way he savagely stabbed and burned to death the 10 year old.

No death penalty in DC or Maryland. Hope they have to kill this garbage in order to capture it.
