In other words, you’re talking out of your butt and making meaningless assumptions....assumptions which contradict the article’s account.

My mother-in-law is seventy-one, and she’s infinitely sharper than many women a third of her age. You wouldn’t want to go up against her in a business negotiation, trust me. And there are plenty other people her age whose mental abilities are just fine.

No. “Weird” is putting up Christmas decorations in July. Beating kittens to death with a hammer is depraved and shockingly brutal.

I’d call the cops on her, too, but they’d probably end up taking me away after I got done with her.

And there it is....the inevitable & ridiculous assertion that people must choose between loving animals and being pro-life, as though the two have anything to do with each other.

It isn’t an either/or prospect.

Also present is the equally absurd accusation that loving animals means one is placing them above humans. This is simple thinking, produced by a simple mind.
