Spot the error in this statement.

I see none. They didn't say capitals of their respective countries, but cosmopolitan capitals. Kinda like saying Hollywood is the movie capital of the United States.

They are both overrun by foreign nationals, many of whom are
there illegally, there for making them a “gaggle” representative
of the worlds third world nations and not their respective countries ?
