Looks like her umbrella was broken but, the umbrella Obama had seems kinda puny for the East Coast. I have really big umbrellas with aero flaps to keep the things from taking off like sails.
That said, why didn’t he just hand the umbrella to the girls and take a jaunt into the White House?
It’s not like it’s going to mess up his hair and even so, it’s just a water and I’m sure he could change clothes lickety split. I think he lives there and he ought to have a few extra suits hanging around...
