Just wondering(I watched a lot of episodes on Netflix and got kinda "Hooked").
I watch it yes. Very interesting.
Exactly my reaction. Somewhere around season 2, or so, I realized that 'Criminally Insane Minds' was too sick and depressing to watch. TV is supposed to be entertaining.
Watch Daredevil instead.
I was watching it for a while but yeah it got too depressing and sick, also got tired of the whole “white woman in danger” theme.
I used to watch this and NCIS quite a bit. Then I started paying attention.
The extreme bias against 2nd amendment rights was bad enough. But then, I just....on a whim.....started counting the number of constitutional rights violations the “heros” committed every episode. I finally got disgusted at the might-makes-right attitude of the characters.
In real life, Gibbs would be and should be fragged for all the tyrannical violations he commits. He would be right at home in a Nazi SS uniform. The same goes for most of the rest of the characters in these modern day cop shows.
Go back and watch Adam 12. At least Pete admitted to and underwent the consequences for over-reaching.
There’s a Show about CONGRESS??
we watch it, maybe now out of habit. But the show has a pattern and that is at minute 45, Garcia (the computer geek female) always puts 2+2 together that solves the case.
JJ
oh yeah
My wife loves that show, so I wind up watching it a lot too. A bit far-fetched I think, but sort of entertaining.
Just from watching the commercials alone, I start wondering: 1) what Hollywood writer is thinking this stuff up, 2) what actors want to portray terrorized victims who realize that they are about to die gruesomely, after first watching their loved ones be killed, and 3) who finds this to be popcorn-eating entertainment, essentially watching torture?
Actually, they are probably the same liberals who protested Abu Ghraib "atrocities."

My friend and fellow gun nut Joe Mantegna stars in the show. He’s a great guy and a great actor.
I used to watch it. Stopped a few years back when a major character left the show (I won’t ruin it for you - if you’re going to keep watching).
I enjoyed the first couple of years but then I got burned out on most TV and went to British mystery series.
I’ve watched it since its first season and still watch every episode.
You’re friends with Joe Mantegna??? swoon!
The wife likes it. I call it “Creepy FBI Guys”. Some times I have to chuckle when they pull a theory out of their nether regions.
Stopped watching it some years back. To me it’s “violence porn.” Spends way too much time gloating on the terror and pain of the victims and the glee of the perps.
I prefer a straight-up fight between good and evil, even if good loses, to a storyline that tries to suck me into identifying with the villain.
But that’s just me.
I like it, the wife hates it....
It was a strange turn of events when Jennifer Love Hewitt was cast this season...
I might add a tad bit chunkier JLH....
I like him and always seemed he'd be a nice guy in real life.
I know you can’t really tell from watching an actor play a part
but I’ve always thought I’d like that guy.
I like his character on Criminal Minds.
