The decision by President Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle, to build his presidential library in Chicago scratches one item from their to-do list for life after the White House.

Still betting there will be a second Library in Hawaii....and they will spend 9 months of the year there. He has designated boot lickers in Chicago to manage that cesspool.
Betting kids will get bussed to Chicago instead of DC for their little "educational" trips.
