What are we to make of the news that the Clinton Foundation spends only 15% of the donations on their charitable work? What happens to the other 85%?
And, do we know how much in salary the Clintons pay themselves and their little girl from the foundation to run it? And how do those paychecks compare to managers of other similar charities?
Or is the foundation just a slush fund?
