Microsoft just has to write code once then set a keyword for each version and depending on the license number you get puts the codeword into the parameters for the installation. Simple yet effective and generates way more profits than writing code separately for each version. So there are 7 or 10 or how many doesn’t matter, the same code for the highest level version gets shipped for the lowest version.
