The best that Brady can hope for is for reasonable standards of evidence to be applied.

The application of a penalty without sound evidence of infraction is asking the courts to stick their long noses into the business of football.

It was capricious at best,but will be seen as worse.

Brady nor any player has a legal recourse. The players agreed to an appeals process within the NFL to settle disputes regarding suspensions.
