Not if you eat less of it... And this “cheap” stuff is not cheap.
Cheap is relative. I meant cheaper than the “good” stuff. The trouble with a lot of cheap HFCS food is that it stimulates your appetite even more. And, again, we’re talking about people who likely don’t have a lot of discipline or self control.
