It’s not cheaper than the good stuff. The problem is that people don’t know how to cook anymore. 60 years ago they taught it in school, I doubt that they do anymore.
Hmmm...my wife would beg to differ. And she is an expert on both cooking and quality food. She is constantly complaining about the cost of quality food.
