The Obama's are talking thru the media to a very specific group of people. It's the same way ISIS communicates.
Where are most museums located? What a better way to make them tools of racial division? The speech means to attack white people who go to museums and to make them targets during riots for destruction.
Look at what ISIS does to antiquities, artifacts, and historical treasures? This is no off the cuff dumb comment. It's a message.
