Mario Villalobos, 58, allegedly confessed to the killing when he showed the body to a woman who was visiting Saturday night.

The visitor, who goes by the name Bubbles, said Villalobos told her he was going to evict his roommate when the two got into a confrontation.

“She kicked his dog … she pepper sprayed him and she was fighting and he was grabbing her,” Bubbles recalled Villalobos telling her.

“She scratched him and then he grabbed her by her neck and squeezed it and squeezed it and squeezed it until she stopped moving,” Bubbles claimed Villalobos told her.

Bubbles said she told a friend what she saw the next day and the friend eventually called police.

The tip led investigators to an apartment building in the 8700 block of Sepulveda Boulevard (map) where they discovered the body of a 48-year-old woman in a closet, the Los Angeles Police Department stated in a news release.

Villalobos, who was still in the apartment, was arrested and booked on suspicion of homicide, according to the news release.

Pretty creepy stuff. Having a glass of wine, candles, music, conversation, then “Hey...check out this body in my closet...”

“Hey...check out this body in my closet...”

Notice it took the friend calling the cops. I dunno bout you, but if I'm a woman, visiting someone, and they say, "Check this out" and show me a dead women in the closet, I'm out the door on the horn with the cops in under 2 minutes. Not waiting, hanging out, then telling a friend who calls the cops later.

If you can’t believe some gal named Bubbles — then who can you believe?

**I’m thinking stripper/escort name?**

There is a video of her at the link.

If she is a stripper I think her rates are rock bottom. Otherwise she cold get her teeth fixed.

Surely someone named Mario Villalobos should have chosen a girlfriend called Burbujas, not Bubbles.

Villalobos is seriously demented or has an uncontrollable temper that needs medical treatment. He knew that he was now deeply in trouble. I think the fact that he showed ‘Bubbles’ the corpse and didn’t turn her into a second corpse for his collection meant he was ready to give up and was asking for help to deal with this great grand mess. He was still there, at the kitchen table waiting for the cops. Sad but lethal.

Boy, no kidding! Not the brightest of murderers, and she didn’t come across as the sharpest knife in the drawer, either.

And...”Bubbles”.

Shudder.

It is an entire ‘nother subculture.
