Angelika Graswald, a New York woman accused of killing her fiance and falsely reporting he died in a kayaking accident, says she is wrongfully accused of murder based on outdated entries in her diary.
In an interview with News 12 Westchester from behind bars, the 35-year-old Graswald said authorities arrested her after reading entries in her diary in which she wrote there were times she wished her fiance, Vincent Viafore, dead because he pushed her for rough sex and wanted her to engage in threesomes.
Graswald told the station the diary entries were written during tough times and stressed she was very much in love with Viafore and would never have hurt him

Doesn’t look like an easy case to prove, unless they recover the kayak.
Note to self: DESTROY Journal tomorrow in the fire.
Guy sounds like a real prince.
Doesn’t it amaze you? Taking precautions when killing someone ... yet writing about it in a diary?
Hey, it worked for a Clinton administration stooge under oath, it might work here...

They recovered the kayak, but not his body.
Maybe he went elsewhere looking for that and got more than he bargained for.
Rocket scientist, huh?
In my youth we generally just broke up. Just seemed simpler and less messy than murder.
I always wonder, who is the intended audience for diaries?
Bump!
I don’t know how she would tamper with a kayak to make it capsize or sink. They’re not that complicated, and not complicated to get out of quickly either.
He wanted a threesome with Moooochelle and that set her off.
People write all kinds of things in their diaries or journals because they aren’t meant for prying eyes.
Spending on the time frame it was written down in relation to the time frame of she he went missing, it may be nothing more than circumstantial.
that’s what i love about humans. They are so fragile and prone to mistakes because of free choice. Makes the news interesting every day.
I was 22 and (wrongly i know) robbing vending machines in New Jersey. They keep them out at night and there are only so many keys that will open practically all of them.
I used to open them and take the cash and coin converter out.
Sometimes i would drill the machines open. I would do this with Motley Crue blasting out of the radio, sitting on my car.
My plan if i got caught was to tell the police that the owner had asked me to drill it because he lost the key. But i didn’t’ know his name lol
I really thought that would work. Idiot!!!
Not the sort of thing you should write down.
They don't want to get "trapped" in a bad marriage but they stick like glue to relationships from hell.
They shack up because they don't want to commit but they buy a house together and have credit cards in each others names.
She’s got them crazy eyes.
The prosecutor better hope that the evidence of sabotage is clear, and can’t have an innocent explanation,
