I have found a company that is going to start making powdered alcohol this year. The product is called Palcohol and is probably going to outshine the marijuana industry even though it is going to have similar enemies as does the marijuana industry.
Taken from the company's website, http://www.palcohol.com: "The TTB approved Palcohol on March 10, 2015 and It is now legal to be sold in the United States. We will be working on getting the production facility up and running. It will take a while but hopefully it will be available this summer. "

Nope. Not at all. But it doesn’t mean absolutely everything that can be invented or created is a good thing.
Any good bourbon, rye, Scotch, or Irish whiskey has to have it in spades over this powdered stuff.
Take your complaints to Jesus, Reagan, and George Washington.
Jesus made it from water, Washington was a huge maker of it, and they all liked it, it’s just alcohol, don’t confuse it it with Marijuana.

Per the company, one ounce of powder yields about one shot. I assume 80 proof. One shot weighs about one ounce. Put your liquor in a plastic bottle and drink the good stuff.

Sigh. Just an opinion. Not a massive incrimination of Jesus, Reagan or G. Washington. Whatever. Touchy, touchy. Sheez.

Some of the discussion was re: backpackers being able to pack palcohol into the wilderness rather than carting bottles into the boonies. That’s all I was referring to.
I said before I have no problem with alcohol OR pot. Doesn’t bother me. I’d have gladly had a toast with Reagan. Enough is enough on this. Thanks. There are so many more serious things happening in the world, this is not one of them, at least in my opinion. I have no desire to go round and round simply because I have doubts about the benefits of palcohol. Have a good night!
Some backpackers do enjoy a cocktail in the evening, especially couples.
This will be nice for that.
