How wonderful, conforming them young to the police state. This kid
will grow up hating cops. In a sane world the kid would have his
pic taken with a badge and wearing the officers Hat.
This is bazaaro.

Long time ago (37 years) my daughter was stopped and
hollered at by the local cops for riding her Big Wheel
on our very quiet nearly no traffic subdivision street.
She came home in tears. I went to the cop shop to bitch
about their stupidity and got fed a line of B.S.

I can’t believe some of the comments here. Cops are human beings, and, like the rest of us, some of them are good, decent people, a few are thugs, and the rest fall somewhere on the spectrum in-between.
You can’t judge all cops on the actions of one or two. And it looked like they were having fun with this little boy.

This cop made a lot of friends that day.

This was really cute and the officer seems like a nice guy. And the mother asked him to do it and the kid liked it.
Having said that, I think she went too far when she had the officer cuff and pepper-spray the kid so she could get a picture of baby’s first arrest.

Y’all need to settle down a little bit. The old idea of the neighborhood cop was to do just what the officer did. Positive interaction with the community.
Besides that, who among you wouldn’t take the opportunity to have your daughter pulled over the first day she had her learners permit.
Naaa, I wouldn’t to that!!

Let’s see...
Driving without a license
Driving without insurance
Driving without registration
Driving without working headlights or tail lights
Well, at least they can’t get him for speeding.

The mom obviously doesn’t read “cop articles” here at FR. If she did, she wouldn’t have asked the officer to play that little game...

another example of white privilege. Had the child been black, he would have had his neck broken or something.
What? I’m sorry. I’ve been watching too much MSNBC.
Never mind.
