If Freddie Gray had stood up during the ride, it wouldn’t be anything at all. It only needs to be shown the driver drove with reasonable due care.

If Freddie Gray had stood up during the ride, it wouldn’t be anything at all. It only needs to be shown the driver drove with reasonable due care. That would be assuming the suspect who was screaming as if in pain and dragging his legs upon arrest and initially being put into the van, was able to stand minutes later.
