IMHO... it is viewing the larger males of our society as “bad” or “unfit”. Look, there are all types of body shapes and sizes (all the morphs.. endo, ecto, meso... if I remember these well). A muscular guy who is a bit thicker is just that.. a muscular guy who is a bit thicker. Seems to me the socialist view wants males to be “weaker”.. at least weaker in appearance.
