This guy appears to be admitting that muslims cannot create "shiny new" equipment on their own.

Simple: Running makes young women fit and healthy, thus more desirable to young men. That leads to more pursuit of said fit young women by young men, which may lead to loss of virginity.

On the swim team we only got to see lots of fit girls in swim suits. Apparently there is a lot more going on during those long cross-country runs off school grounds...
