Disgraced Utah teacher pleads guilty to sex with three teenage boys, avoids 11 other felony counts (VIDEO)

A Utah teacher, whose string of sexual exploits with underage students were a "running joke" at Davis High School, pleaded guilty to sex with three boys in Davis County court.
Brianne Altice, 35, accepted a plea deal to admit to three counts of second-degree felony forcible sexual abuse on Wednesday in exchange for prosecutors dismissing 11 other counts, The Salt Lake Tribune reported.
Altice could have been subject to four separate trials had she not agreed to the deal.

Yep I’ll agree with that, definitely. It blows my mind how many of them get busted today and it’s not like it isn’t all over the news, they knew well beforehand the consequences, they know damn well teens brag, yet these teachers do it anyway! And what is even more amazing is it’s mostly female teachers! I think it’s because there’s a new mentality today where these boys think of it as a conquest, either because they read about the other cases in the news or they are trying to be gangsta and prove their virility to their friends so they come on to these teachers and seduce them. I really don’t understand why it happens so much. This never happened when I was in High school although daaamn, some of the teachers I had I would have jumped in the sack in two seconds if invited, especially my English teacher who was this gorgeous blonde wow! My God I remember that clear as day, I could barely concentrate in her class and me and my friends use to talk about her but it was a pipe dream like wishing you could jump to the moon, it’s an impossible dream but obviously not today for some reason. Maybe it’s because schools are so liberal today, who knows, but that still doesn’t explain why these teachers would commit professional suicide and face jail time just to get laid.
All these puritans crying about "boys with their lives ruined" have no idea how the adolescent male mind works. I guarantee you none of us would have thought our lives ruined if we had been able to get it on with Mrs. X. Although we might have been looking over our shoulders for a very vengeful Mr.X to hunt us down.
If one examines this and similar cases critically, beyond the puerile humor and putting aside all traditionally accepted sexual mores, something disturbing is discovered.
An attractive woman such as this could “have” any man she would want if she simply went to a bar and presented herself as easily obtained to all the male patrons there. This is just a fact anyone knows. So one must truly ask oneself: why did she feel the need to seduce some of her students? It obviously wasn’t for the sexual gratification so, why?
The only logical and reasonable conclusion is that she is perverted in her sexual identity. And not just some mild perversion that could be excused in the context of a wedding bed or otherwise stable relationship.
No, when examined on its face given the facts above, one is left with only one inescapable conclusion. Her perversion is just as vile, equally abhorrent, exactly the same as the kind of perversion that exists in a 35 year old man who has sex with a 16, 17 year old girl.
This is just a fact. So when we (correctly) lament the downside of our societal moral norms, any of us who in any way approve or applaud the behavior of this woman should look in the mirror first for the cause of our decay. Because by approving this behavior through applause, one never really “disapproves” of the actual cause (the perversity) in the male of the population.
I say that exact phrase over seven times a day.
I think it’s a form of feminist activism and that they’re not necessarily pedophiles, they’re just plain stupid.

So if she could not wait until these boys turned 18 and became adults, and would then face zero repercussions if she chose to seduce them......it does sound perverted what she did.
A female professor seduces young college men. Who cares? Consenting adults all around.
And why didn’t she announce her availability to guys her own age?

I didn’t know I was a child being forcibly taken advantage of....Well, I did after I got to the Green Machine. But they said I couldn’t quit, anyways. Best experience of my life. Certainly got me through Ohio State Highway Patrol basic training. (Although I’ll never forget the kids at night who called out for their Mommas).
Yet the same 16 year-old can legally have sex with a 15 year-old.
I imagine these ho teachers f*** teens because the teens won’t “judge” them. If the ho was banging 3 or 4 guys at the local watering hole, she’d be a “slut”.
And what would your feelings be if it were a 35 year old man and these were 16 and 17 year old girls?
Sorry, but these are children, and she’s a predator.
Your arguments are nothing more than the “she was asking for it” defense for female rape victims.
Go educate yourself about the impact that these types of situations have on their victims, just because you may have jacked yourself off at night in your teens thinking about your hot teacher, doesn’t mean you understand what it is like to have been involved in such an inappropriate and ILLEGAL situation.
Has there actually been any scientific studies as to the “damage” done to a young male that has been “subjected” to this “abuse”?
Females, obviously, are biologically and mentally wired differently for this physiological interaction,
and it SHOULD BE EXPECTED that the situations be treated differently.
There is another blog site called Boston BarStool Sports(I have no link what so ever to this site) that rates these Teachers based on looks, deviance degree, etc. They end up with a A, B, C, D rating.
Exactly, it is not like teenage boys could ever keep a secret about who they were having sex with. It is even worse today with cell phone cameras(selfies), computer based cameras, etc.
Boys love to brag. This is why the Abu Graib(sp?), Iraq prison scandal got so much coverage. Stupid young men and women took pictures and sent them to their friends.
Way too complicated. She did it for the same reason men do it - they are taking the opportunity to make up for lost time, doing what they couldn't do when they were in high school and socially awkward and had no chance of dating the head cheerleader or the quarterback.
It's arrested development, not perversion. Most of these women (heck, much of society) still have the minds of 18-year-olds. There just isn't the social distance between her and her students mentally that there might have been in past generations. They listen to the same music, watch the same TV shows, and hang out with people who think the same way. The age difference rapidly comes to seem irrelevant: she's "hot", now, and can have all the "hot" guys who ignored her in high school...so why shouldn't she?
Perversity is an inaccurate explanation - what's happening is a violation of the social norms and customs evolved in our society to protect the village against paying for fatherless children (and when men do it, to protect the matriarchy against the threat of aging.) In a biological sense, however, all of these people are acting exactly as their programming dictates. That's why FReepers are correctly uncomfortable with the inappropriate application of judicial power - violations of social customs require social punishments, such as ostracism or job termination.
