Ive seen cases in the military where a Soldier was charged because he had sex with a girl and she regretted it. They were both drunk and yet only he was charged. I was in command of 132 maintenance troops. One married girl and her girlfriend seduced a nice young Airman into a threesome. The married girl had regrets and filed charges and my superiors forced me to give the young man a Other Than Honorable Discharge. Screwed up his life a bit but I did write a letter to a college he wanted to attend and they let him in. I didn't hear anything more about him. Poor guy.

Very classy of you. The only person in my life I fired who wasn't asking for it was a young lady who superb on the phone but just couldn't do any other part of the job. Since phone answering was only about 20% of the work where I was the manager, I had a letter of recommendation prepared for her to give her with her final paycheck when I gave her the news.
She later called to thank me when she'd found a job where phone answering was full time.
