Within a year of dating, I went from driving a cab to working on computer software, and was introduced to such classics as Citizen Cane and All About Eve, as well as Indian and Thai food :). Alas we didn’t end up together but she was instrumental in me growing up.
Israel has been deserted by the US president. enemies on several sides, Europe wants to impose sanctions, China plans on building five nuke reactors in Iran, Russia is selling them SAMs. It is heartbreaking. What goes through the mind of a nation of six million when the world seems to align against them. Ironic that Saudi Arabia, Joran and Egypt are the closest thing to allies now. 2017 cant come soon enough.

My husband and I went to Israel in 2013 with a church group. It changed us forever. To see the Bible come to life and just be where Jesus’ life story on Earth took place. To see what the Israeli’s have done to make the desert ‘bloom’ is breathtaking. To see their young carrying machine guns over their shoulders and the volitile Palestinians they have to live around daily, changes your heart. The Jewish people were chosen by God since they were the most needy. I think He just might still think that way. Anyway, my story is too long for this space!
We have an amazing pastor who has Bible Study on Sunday evenings. We’ve studied The Revelation and although it might be decades before events happen, you can see that that Islam is pushing the buttons!!
