The second picture from the bottom. Those overlook the Henry Hudson Parkway and the Hudson River. They were not ‘the projects’. At least from what I can remember and the resemblance ... I traveled that road many times to the Metropolitan Museum.

That first pic looks like the Balat neighborhood in the old city Center in Jeddah. Notice the old fashioned wooden window covers.
