I doubt it...I think he will plead to man slaughter.
He moved the Taser...that means he knew right away he screwed up...and tried to cover it up.
In a perfect world you would be correct but there’s another reason for moving it. Evidence can disappear at the crime scene.
Tons of local places used to send me to stores in that area if the were out of something which I did appreciate but now I say no thanks, order it.
