There are always other ways of doing things. You can do your calculations using an abacus or a slide rule and you can certainly use a typewriter instead of a computer. Freedom of choice. My choice for both is our family’s iMac and our choice for communication is iPhones.

Thanks to my Father-in-Law, the Watchmaker, I have 8 of them in a box at home. I never wear any of them.
I carry a phone and it has a clock. My car has a clock in the dash. My home PC has a clock. My personal tablet has a clock on the home screen. The microwave has a clock. The oven has a clock. The cable box has a clock. Three walls in my house have clocks. At work there is a wall of them, one for each timezone. My computers at work each have a clock.
I could go on but...why would I wear a watch?
