If anyone in Congress doubts the existence of either the original, long form, hard copy birth certificate or the Kapi’olani Hospital Souvenir birth certificate, they can issue congressional subpoenas for those documents and hold anyone in Contempt of Congress who fails to produce them.
A prosecuting attorney, such as a state’s Attorney General or a District Attorney could also issue subpoenas for those birth documents.
Don’t bother spending any more energy on it - the fraudster has friends who gloat over his success. It won’t be permanent, and they will all have to go back to their inconsequential little lives.
