Toddler killed by vehicle; driver who stayed on scene shot to death.
A driver in Milwaukee was fatally shot Sunday afternoon when he stayed on the scene after his van struck and killed a 2-year-old child, Milwaukee police said.
A 15-year-old at the scene was also shot and was taken to a hospital.
Capt. Timothy Heier reported that the toddler ran into the street at 5:10 p.m. in the 4600 block of N. 48th St., according to a news release.
The driver of the van, a 41-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
No suspects are in custody, police said.

Sure they will. I imagine it will go about like it did in Ferguson, when they said they had all the looters on video and they would all be prosecuted. Still waiting.

One of the disappointing aspects of Gov. Scott Walker has been his refusal/inability to use all the tools available to him (everything from the state police/courts to the National Guard) to clean up the various rat’s nests of criminals in Milwaukee.
Doing such a thing would establish him as a strong leader capable of being effective against the urban terrorists and thugs who have third-worldized portions of many American cities.
But unfortunately, he hasn’t been able to do so, or hasn’t made it a priority.
It is much easier now - you just call 911. As with a gun encounter, the first person to reach 911 usually wins.
Milwaukee like many larger cities is run by a democrat mayor.
There is so much hatred and envious resentment built up and egged on by community organizers that the man pulling the trigger probably felt himself justified.
The current administration is not exactly great and the inept impact is being felt over the whole land. What if some bizarrely and mistakenly attribute this somehow to white oppression?
Getting tough on urban criminals by any Republican gets translated by the Democrats into discrimination and attacks on African-Americans.

Well, I don't know, maybe he is just afraid of having the race card tossed at him.
They don’t clean up those areas because then the RATS would just scurry off to other areas and the politicians don’t want that.
They want an area they can pander too and say ‘look at these poor people we need JOBS and urban renewal’-—
Translated into HUMAN speak, that means,
“you rich white racists did this when you moved to the suburbs and now your taxes are going up for ‘urban renewal’ which really means some construction union is going to line my pockets for the next few years while nothing changes, hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha’
Those neighborhoods are revenue sources for the local economy - redistributed taxpayer wealth from outlying areas. Poverty is an industry.
Prayers for the child but it's a good thing he was able to stop the van. There's no telling how many others could have been struck by "it".
Looks to me like it’s just north of the intersection of Hwy 145 and Capital (Capitol?)/Hwy 190.

Sure. No argument with that. But my point is that in Africa, if the driver hangs around the accident scene to wait for the police, he’ll probably be drawn and quartered by a mob before the police arrive. Speaking personally, I’d rather be shot right away!
