It depends on the mall's location.There's a big mall in my town that's just fine.My town is middle class (probably upper middle class) and all the surrounding towns are also middle class (with one being upper class).The hip hop community wouldn't be drawn to the Nordstrom's,the Burberry's,the Apple store or the Brooks Brothers store located in our mall.
You must live near Chestnut Hill.
Maybe not the hip hop community but the terrorist community will target that mall over the one across the tracks.
