In Texas we used to see prisoners working on the side of the roads. I haven’t seen that in a long time. I wonder if it still happens.

I have the same idea....except sentences would be predicated on the size of the rock they have to reduce to dust....
How long would it take to make a 50 ton granite rock into powder with a ballpean hammer ?
