The problem is, I don’t think you are going to find any Biblical justification for this view. We don’t judge non-believers by the standard of being believers, and it appears that these are people suffering under God’s judgment in this life (while there is still time to repent). If we behave as Christians should, one of two things will happen: either we will contribute to God’s work in their lives, or they will come under greater condemnation for their hardness of heart.
As Christians we do not celebrate nor help facilitate anyone’s sin.
