I don’t recall any stories about Clinton or Bush teaching their daughters, so it must have fallen to secret service as well.

The Bush twins were born in 1981. They learned to drive while George W. Bush was governor in Texas.

Not only that, they were Texas kids, they probably learned to drive but were driving before it was strictly legal.

Same with the Arkansas girl.

The world is just lucky she didn't have an available cousin to marry at age 15.

Not that I have anything against Arkansas, much.
