i get very little sleep... insomnia, sleep apnea, and i have none of those health issues... i am a healthy weight, low blood pressure, low cholesterol... low body fat... not diabetic...

Too little sleep? Most nights I finish working at 1 AM. Let the dogs out, then off to bed by 1:30 AM. My wife arrives home from work at 7:20 AM. I get up and start my work day. I do take a 15 minute break for breakfast (while letting the dogs out). My wife is up at 3 PM. We go to dinner and shop. Usually 90 minutes out, then back to work though 1 AM. Weekends are time to crash for sleep. On average, a workday is preceded by 4 1/2 to 6 hours of sleep. That's white privilege! 50 to 70 hours a week at work is normal. Interlacing work schedules with my wife's 11 PM to 7 AM shifts is fun too. We don't share "off" days, so spending time together takes some effort.

This is BS. Very few of those work, the reason they are to Heavy is what they stuff their mouths with, Free Food so they eat more, look in their shopping carts and see what they Buy. Junk food, microwave goodies etc. quit watching tv and computer and get out and about walking etc. This whole article is full of whinning , you are what you eat. So sick of all the reasons they have for their conditions. Life is hard get up and do something instead of Whinning.

So, if you don’t work at a real job, what are you doing to lose all this precious sleep? Doing drugs and partying are not conducive of good heath either — and probably more likely the cause of your troubles.

I saw some documentary about the “struggles” of these single welfare “mothers”; what a bunch of nonsense. They are perpetual children (the urban welfare population), without a care in the world; everything is provided by Uncle Sam.
I thought there was a reason erectile dysfunction commercials seemed aimed at white guys, while depression commercials seem to target white women...
