Yes, there is a double-standard.
Whatever anyone thinks about this sort of case, I always wonder how it was found out. Was the kid bragging and it went around to authorities? Did someone see the kid enter the apartment with the two teachers?
This sort of thing has happened before, over many years, and I never knew of any case to be found out and the guys kept their mouths shut except maybe their closest friend or two.
