The best Savage stuff to me is when he covers the presidential debates (coming up soon) and he’s talking and commenting while they’re talking basically incredulous at the asinine questions and answers. Hilarious. Best stuff on the air right there to me.
I remember one time you could hear his voice going away from the mic as he had gotten up and was pacing the floor in complete disgust and you could hear the distant echo, “I can’t take it anymore...” Couldn’t beat it.
