I did find this article. It sounds very alarming. On the surface, they will make it appear to be for protection against terrorists but in reality it may be for use against innocent Americans that just don’t have liberal big government views.

The possibility of those firing blanks being mistaken for rogue troops...and being fired on ...in return seems fairly high to me
