But wait just a second, snark on hold: this judge is supposed to be a red hot conservative. It’s entirely possible that disgruntled liberals living nearby could get on the BATFE snitch hotline & denounce him (you don’t have to give your name!). In other words, he was SWATd at the Federal level.
