Both kinds, Cheese sandwich and jello. I used to be a cheese sandwich guy, but I have since switched to preferring jello.
Folks when the pilot or co-pilot is not on the flight deck the pilot in charge must be strapped in the seat and on oxygen. If he starts unbuckling or removing his mask, the flight attendant can call the air Marshall who can be there in less time than the pilot can use to get out of the seat. Not as easy as it seems...... Been there.....
