We don’t give funding to foreign students. It’s just the reverse. Indonesia (or the foreign country) fully funds eligible students at the expensive foreigner rates to go to school here and bring back trained scholars for their country. If he went as an Indonesian, it was because THEY paid his way, not the Feds here or Occidental.
Wouldn’t it be a hoot if Obama had a foreign Student Visa issued to him in the late 70’s early 80’s....
