One thing I have learned in the study of law is that courts are inconsistent. Each case stands on its own. There is sufficient precedent to support any outcome the judges prefer.

If you do not get the desired outcome, change the rules.

Not sure if the self lathing author remembers but it was Obama himself who said he was born in Kenya. DO they really think his book jacket announcing that he was born in Kenya didn’t raise a few eyebrows?
