It's our tradition up in Western Maryland to go get about three pounds of
heavily seasoned Old Bay shrimp for the family Christmas Eve buffet, following church candlelight service. Yes, God bless the man who applied it to shrimp.

By now Maryland water people are such quaint and colorful legends in their own minds, that given a good set of teeth, they could easily pass as the extra-funky fishermen from Maine.

The Maryland watermen have been at it every bit as long as the down homers in Maine. With or without teeth.
No need for the Mainers to be haters just cuz they started out as citizens of Massachusetts.
