Nope. In both cases at some point the woman was voluntarily hanging out with you. Look at the Cosby accusations, they all start with her willingly being with him. Also remember part of “lowering judgement” when you’re drinking is lowering your ability to realize you’ve had too much to drink. There was an article a few months ago making the social media rounds about how it’s the 3rd drink that gets you in trouble, that once you get to the 3rd it’s now turned into a night of hard drinking. I don’t entirely agree with that article, largely my “normal” night out drinking is 3 and no more than 3, but I agree with the general idea that there is that 1 drink too many line that once you cross the night is going to go into many too many.

Some women like the idea of getting drunk. Some women don’t realize how drunk they’ve gotten themselves until they defog in a car with a guy and no idea how they got there. That’s how an old roommate of mine lost her virginity, she was at a party, then she was in a car.

Part of being responsible for drinking and driving is that you can kill others. It’s the difference between being the one person in the situation who definitely isn’t a victim, and the one that very well could be.

You are spewing out the exact feminist claptrap that they teach.

Women are equal or superior, until it involves having consensual sex with a man, then they are children, helpless, victims, even when they are paying for the drinks that they want, even when they are buying the drinks for the man.

No. In the case of the woman getting drunk, she's the one knowingly drinking. In the case of somebody slipping her a roofie, she has NOT knowingly and willingly consumed the drug. That is the crucial difference.

Women need to understand one simple thing: don't get drunk.

I'm tired of the feminist crowd, and their male enablers, absolving women of all responsibility for their actions.

Also, in the cases where women get drunk, have sex, and then have regrets, they generally were conscious of what they were doing. It's one thing to take advantage of a girl passed out in the hallway -- it's quite another thing to have a girl take the initiative to have sex, and then later claim rape when the guy doesn't call her.
