The laptop is probably overheating due to the additional processing load for active video/audio streaming. I have an HP laptop that does the same thing. Try getting a cooling fan under it to allow some space between it and whatever surface it is sitting on.
I also have an HP laptop. I use little 1” strips of styrofoam to keep it up and allow air circulation.
