NYPD have reviewed the video, but there is very little they can do because it doesn’t appear that anyone has filed a complaint
So if a group of wild animal humans try to beat a person to DEATH, and nobody complains, no crime has been committed according to NYPD??????
The only person who can file a meaningful complaint here is the poor victim. She's probably hoping that if she stays quiet, the whole thing will die down, and the bullies will move on to target someone else. That's probably a correct assumption.
But if she files a complaint, she'll be attacked over and over again, at school and in the neighborhood.
There has been one arrest so far.
