If you like the idea of having a conversation with your pet cat then you better look away now. Flam, a cat in Nashville, Tennessee, may well be the first of its kind to have had a conversation with a human being. But sadly, as documented on video, the little chat didn't go down that well with the feline.

I have three male cats and my wife once used a phone app with different types of cat meows. It is curious how some of them affect our cats. From curiosity, to fear, to aggression like the cat in the video.

It sounded like a challenge, one cat calling out another.

No wonder the cat popped her. Those were the calls of a perturbed, distressed cat. The cat could see the human wasn’t making those noises. Probably thought she was doing something bad to another cat. You know, when it comes to dealing with animals, it really pays to be smarter than the animal.
