I’d like to turn the calendar back to about 1985...

If you think your body is going to have any problem with it ... sleep in an hour (by the clock) ... :-) ...

If you actually do have a problem past two or three days, I would advise going in and seeing your doctor.

We don't get a say in the matter; never have done. WHY DON'T YOU KNOW THAT ? And you do NOT "know" most people, nor what they think of DST. You twisted what I posted about the nonsensical GLOBAL WARMING/CLIMATE CHANGE garbage. Then claimed the correct position. Yet DST is political time tampering. Wake up and smell the coffee.

Nonsense!
That’s an illogical, unreasonable, and truly silly statement, based on nothing factual.

The voters in your state can get off DST if they want. But you and I know that the voters don’t agree with you, so they won’t do that.

As for the climate bit ... I don’t know why you would have a problem with what I said about it.

I'm thinking maybe we should implement DST gradually by changing the clocks ahead five minutes at a time every other week. Then after six months, we reverse the other way so that we are back where we started after one year.

That way we are not losing or gaining too much sleep at one time. Also, it's good to get people to exercise, by running around their house every other week to change all the clocks.

Then they must be older children, who have, or should have lots of homework, which precludes them from being outside “playing” at 7:00PM or later.

Okay, if you think that it’s “ME” that wants to “do something” ... I’ll promise you that I will take NO ACTION on this matter ... :-) ...

My body has NEVER been able to adjust to the stupid DST and I know other people who have the same problem. It is NOTHING that any doctor sees as a “problem”, nor can it be “fixed”.
It would benefit you to not talk about things you neither know nor understand.

No, changing DST is NOT anything anyone can vote on.
You’re not making any sense.
And there are a lot of people who voted for that thing in the White House, so that means that there are a lot of very stupid people out there, alive and dead and ILLEGAL voting.
Re your last bit.................weasel words.

Well, I obviously have “knowledge of the subject” since I have a body and I change my clocks two times a year. I would say that makes me just as qualified to talk about the time change and its effect on a body ... :-) ...

Of course YOU don’t want it changed; you’ve already said that you “love” having the government CHANGE TIME for you.
Apparently, you need government to dictate how the universe works, as well.

Sure it is something you can vote on. Any state can opt out of it. It can be brought up as a referendum for the state.

As far as the climate bit, I can back up my position ... EXACTLY as I stated it ... :-) ...
