If you think your body is going to have any problem with it ... sleep in an hour (by the clock) ... :-) ...
If you actually do have a problem past two or three days, I would advise going in and seeing your doctor.

That’s an illogical, unreasonable, and truly silly statement, based on nothing factual.
The voters in your state can get off DST if they want. But you and I know that the voters don’t agree with you, so they won’t do that.
As for the climate bit ... I don’t know why you would have a problem with what I said about it.
That way we are not losing or gaining too much sleep at one time. Also, it's good to get people to exercise, by running around their house every other week to change all the clocks.
Then they must be older children, who have, or should have lots of homework, which precludes them from being outside “playing” at 7:00PM or later.
Okay, if you think that it’s “ME” that wants to “do something” ... I’ll promise you that I will take NO ACTION on this matter ... :-) ...
Pick a damn time at stick with it - year round. This springing forward and falling back crap is a load of horse $#!t. And it doesn’t save anything.

My body has NEVER been able to adjust to the stupid DST and I know other people who have the same problem. It is NOTHING that any doctor sees as a “problem”, nor can it be “fixed”.
It would benefit you to not talk about things you neither know nor understand.
No one in government said you had to change your clocks ... :-) ...

Well, I obviously have “knowledge of the subject” since I have a body and I change my clocks two times a year. I would say that makes me just as qualified to talk about the time change and its effect on a body ... :-) ...

Of course YOU don’t want it changed; you’ve already said that you “love” having the government CHANGE TIME for you.

Sure it is something you can vote on. Any state can opt out of it. It can be brought up as a referendum for the state.
