As you can tell,I am very discouraged.

I’m 82 and am watching a country I loved be torn apart in 6 years.

My big fear is that I won’t live to see another president sworn in.

The arrogance of Obama combined with the apathy of “our side” in the Congress astonishes me.

The president actually brags about ruling with his phone and pen,and gets away with it.

All of the accusations and “investigations” that take place lead nowhere. He just keeps doing whatever he wants to do.

Mears, I feel the same way at 61 as you do at 82.

Especially after we were betrayed ONCE AGAIN by the GOP-E on the illegal funding of the immigration bill yesterday.

One million men and woman have paid the ultimate sacrifice to protect this country and to preserve it in 240 years.

That will all be in vain if we let these cretins win.

We have to fight.

And we oldtimers— we fight hard because there is next to nothing left for us to lose.

We have to encourage each other.
